This is a separate cycle from the earlier 62-post ASC Centre (South) advertisement in Employment News 15–21 August 2026 (that receipt window has already closed). Apply for one trade only; a second trade form is rejected. Vacancies are tentative. The Commandant may change numbers or cancel the process. Selected staff have all-India service liability, including hard, high-altitude and remote stations. New entrants from 1 January 2004 come under the New Pension Scheme. There is no interview.

Paper is bilingual (Hindi and English) except the English-language part. Negative marking is 0.25 for each wrong answer. Standard is Matriculation. Extra or higher degrees do not add marks.

How to apply

  1. Copy the proforma from Employment News (pages 38–40). Fill in English or Hindi. Affix a self-attested passport photograph.

  2. Apply for one trade only. Enclose two extra self-attested photographs (name and father’s name on the back), Admit Card in duplicate (Appendix-VI), self-attested matriculation certificate and mark sheet, Aadhaar, PAN, domicile, experience, caste / EWS / ESM / PwD as applicable.

  3. Aadhaar made below 10 years of age is not accepted. Aadhaar and PAN names must match the school certificate.

  4. Central / State / PSU staff apply through proper channel with an NOC dated on or after the advertisement, stating no disciplinary case is pending.

  5. On the cover, in capitals: APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF …… and the overall matriculation percentage in the colour given — red if 50% or less, blue if 51–60%, black if 61% and above. Round decimals (48.49% → 48%; 50.50% → 51%). Government employees write GOVT. EMPLOYEES on the envelope. Appendix-I is the cover layout.

  6. Add one self-addressed registered envelope with the correct stamps.

  7. Post it to: The Presiding Officer, Civilian Direct Recruitment Board, CHQ, ASC Centre (South), Agram Post, Bangalore – 07 (PIN 560007).

Late, incomplete or unsigned forms, missing documents or photos, or more than one trade are rejected. The Centre is not responsible for postal delay. No TA/DA. You arrange stay for the tests in Bangalore.
