1. What this site is

This site is a private publisher of information about Indian government recruitment, examinations, results and welfare schemes. It is not a government website, not an application portal, and not a recruitment agency. We have no role in any selection process. Our Disclaimer sets this out in full and forms part of these terms.

2. Information is provided for reference only

Every post is a summary of an official notification. We verify details against the official source and correct errors when we find them, but we do not warrant that any page is accurate, complete or current.

The official notification issued by the recruiting authority always prevails over anything published here. You agree to read the original notification on the official website before applying, paying any fee, or making any decision based on our content.

3. Your responsibilities

When you use this site you agree not to:

• copy, scrape or republish our content in bulk, whether manually or by automated means, without written permission;
• frame, mirror or present our content as your own, or remove attribution from it;
• use automated tools that place an unreasonable load on the site, or attempt to bypass rate limits;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its admin area, its database or its hosting;
• introduce malware, or interfere with the site's operation or with another reader's use of it;
• submit false, abusive, obscene, defamatory or unlawful material through the contact form;
• use the site in a way that infringes anyone's rights or breaks any applicable law.

We may block access from any address that breaks these rules, without notice.

4. Intellectual property

Our material

The original text, layout, design, code and compilation of this site belong to Rojgar Suchna and are protected by copyright. You are welcome to read it, print it for your own use, and link to it. You may quote a short extract in a review or discussion provided you credit us and link to the page. Anything beyond that — republishing an article, translating it, feeding it into a bulk syndication service — needs our written permission.

Material belonging to others

Notification text, official documents, department names, logos and emblems belong to the authorities that issued them, and are used here only to report on and identify a recruitment. We claim no ownership of them and no endorsement by their owners.

Takedown requests

If you believe content on this site infringes your copyright, write to contact@rojgarsuchna.in with the page link, a description of the material and proof of your ownership. We act on genuine requests promptly.

5. External links

We link to official portals and other third-party sites for your convenience. We do not control them, we do not endorse their content, and we are not responsible for their accuracy, availability, security or privacy practices. Once you follow a link you leave this site and their terms apply.

6. Advertising

The site carries third-party advertising, which funds it. We do not review, endorse or guarantee any advertised product, service or offer, and we are not a party to any dealing between you and an advertiser. Please use your own judgement, especially with advertisements offering employment, loans or paid coaching.

7. Contact form submissions

When you send us a message you confirm that the information in it is truthful and that you have the right to share it. We may use what you send to correct an article or answer your query. Please do not send confidential documents; see our Privacy Policy for how submissions are handled and retained.

8. Availability

We aim to keep the site available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Hosting, maintenance and traffic spikes around a major result announcement can all cause downtime. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site, including any page or feature, at any time and without notice.
