Railway Recruitment Boards have opened the candidate login for the CEN 09/2025 Level-1 (Group D) Computer Based Test key and response sheet. The CBT ran on 3–6, 9–14, 17–21 and 25 August 2026 (16 days) for 22,195 Level-1 posts in the 7th CPC matrix. Use only the official exam portal rrb.digialm.com and the website of the RRB you chose at application. This page is an original guide to the official scheme, login steps, score estimate, next stages and PDFs. It is not a copy of any news site and it does not host question papers.
RRB Group D Answer Key 2026 Out @rrb.digialm.com
CEN No. 09/2025 is the current Level-1 drive (detailed notice dated 31 January 2026). Do not mix it with the older CEN 08/2024 Group D cycle, whose key closed in February 2026. The file you need now is the tentative CBT answer key and recorded responses for the August 2026 paper. Login typically needs the registration number and date of birth or password from the application. The objection window, per-question fee and last time appear only on that official screen or on a same-day RRB notice. Treat any “direct PDF” on a third-party site as unofficial.
Open the official RRB exam login (rrb.digialm.com). Keep the detailed CEN and the revised CBT schedule PDFs for record:

How to download the response sheet
Open rrb.digialm.com or the CEN 09/2025 link on your RRB website (the board you selected while applying).
Choose the Level-1 / Group D / CEN 09/2025 tentative answer-key or response-sheet option — not CEN 08/2024.
Enter registration number and date of birth or password. Use the same date of birth as on the matriculation certificate.
Open the question paper, your marked answers and the official keys. Download or print the PDF.
If the board has opened objections, follow that same login. Do not pay anyone who offers a “leaked key” or a paid challenge outside the portal.
What the official file usually shows
The login typically shows your name or roll, registration number, CBT date, shift and centre, the question IDs, the option you marked, and the key option. Subject-wise split follows the CEN pattern. If a question was dropped, the notice or the screen will say so; do not assume a mark until the board says so.
CBT pattern (from CEN 09/2025)
Section | Questions (indicative) |
|---|---|
General Science | 25 |
Mathematics | 25 |
General Intelligence and Reasoning | 30 |
General Awareness and Current Affairs | 20 |
Total | 100 questions, 90 minutes (120 minutes with scribe) |
Each question is one mark. Wrong answer: minus one-third. The section counts are indicative; the actual paper may vary slightly. Minimum marks for shortlisting (CEN): UR and EWS 40%, OBC (NCL) 30%, SC 30%, ST 30%. PwBD may get a 2-mark relaxation if there is a shortage against reserved vacancies. Marks in multi-shift CBTs are normalised as in the notice.
How to estimate the raw score
Raw score ≈ (correct × 1) − (wrong × 1/3). Unattempted questions add zero. Normalised marks, not raw marks, decide the PET shortlist when several shifts were held. Example only: 80 correct and 10 wrong → 80 − 10/3 ≈ 76.67 raw marks. This is not a result.
Objections
A provisional key can be challenged only through the official tracker, with the explanation and references the form asks for. Recent RRB Group D cycles charged about ₹50 per question plus bank charges; pay only the amount shown on the live CEN 09/2025 page. A rejected challenge does not change your recorded response. After the window, boards publish a final key for scoring. There is no postal objection.
Vacancies and posts (CEN summary)
Group | Pay | Vacancies |
|---|---|---|
Various Level-1 posts (Track Maintainer, Pointsman and other posts in Annexure-A/B) | Level-1, 7th CPC (₹18,000 in the CEN table) | 22,195 |
Post-wise and Railway-wise numbers are in Annexure-B of the detailed CEN and later corrigenda. A high estimated score does not create a right to a particular post or Railway.
Eligibility (for record — apply window closed)
Age as on 1 January 2026: 18–33 years, with relaxations printed in the CEN.
Qualification: the post-wise 10th / ITI / CCAA combination in Annexure-A, already held by the last date of application. Engineering diploma or degree is not a substitute for ITI/CCAA unless the notice says so.
Fee then: ₹500 (₹400 refunded after appearing in CBT, minus bank charges) or ₹250 for SC, ST, Ex-servicemen, PwBD, female, transgender, minority and EBC as defined in the CEN.
Selection after the key
Stage | What it decides |
|---|---|
CBT (single stage, unless Railways add another) | Merit for PET after normalisation |
PET | Qualifying; generally about three times community-wise vacancies |
Document verification | About 1:1 of vacancies on CBT merit after PET |
Medical | Post-wise medical standard in the CEN |
PET: men lift and carry 35 kg for 100 m in 2 minutes and run 1,000 m in 4 min 15 s; women 20 kg and 1,000 m in 5 min 40 s, as printed. PwBD (as specified), course-completed Act apprentices and ex-servicemen have the exemptions in para 14.2. PET dates appear on RRC sites, not only on the CBT login.
Note
Watch rrb.digialm.com and your RRB homepage for the exact objection clock. Jagran Josh and similar sites are not official. Do not pay a tout who claims to “fix” Group D marks. The detailed CEN, corrigenda and the live login prevail.
