State Bank of India has opened a Special Recruitment Drive for SC/ST/OBC backlog vacancies of Junior Associate (Customer Support & Sales) in the clerical cadre on sbi.bank.in. Advertisement CRPD/CR/SPLDRIVE/2026-27/16 lists 1,538 provisional posts — SC 207 + ST 1,219 + OBC 112 only (no UR or EWS). Eligible graduates aged 20–28 years as on 01.04.2026 could apply from 07.08.2026 to 27.08.2026. Eligibility

Age (as on 01.04.2026)

Not below 20 and not above 28 as on 01.04.2026 (born not earlier than 02.04.1998 and not later than 01.04.2006). Relaxation in the notice: OBC 3 years; SC/ST 5 years; PwBD (OBC) 13; PwBD (SC/ST) 15; Ex-servicemen / DXS as printed (max 50 years); widows / divorced / judicially separated women 7 years (caps 38 OBC / 40 SC-ST); trained SBI apprentices extra year as listed. Cumulative relaxation is not available. Category cannot be changed after registration. OBC creamy-layer candidates are not eligible.

Education (as on 31.12.2026)

• Graduation in any discipline from a recognised university, or equivalent recognised by the Central Government.

• Final-year students may apply provisionally if they produce proof of passing on or before 31.12.2026.

• Matriculate Ex-servicemen with the Indian Army Special Certificate (or Navy/Air Force equivalent) after 15 years’ service, dated on or before 31.12.2026, are also eligible.

Prelims

Separate sectional timers. Minus 1/4 mark (0.25) for each wrong answer. No minimum marks for a section or the aggregate. Section-wise marks are not maintained.

Mains

Sectional timers. Minus 0.25 per wrong answer. Bank-decided aggregate qualifying marks; no subject-wise minimum; section-wise marks not maintained.

How to apply

2. Register with an active email and mobile.

3. Scan photo, signature, left-thumb impression and the handwritten declaration as in the notice.

4. Fill one State/UT and one local language. Pay fee online if payable.

5. Print the system-generated form. Eligibility is checked at joining.

Application fee

Salary / pay (as labelled in the notice)

Pay scale: ₹24,050–1,340/3–28,070–1,650/3–33,020–2,000/4–41,020–2,340/7–57,400–4,400/1–61,800–2,680/1–64,480. Starting basic is about ₹26,730 (₹24,050 plus two graduate advance increments). Starting Metro (Mumbai) emoluments are stated as around ₹46,000 a month including DA and allowances at then-current rates. NPS, medical and other perquisites apply as in the Bank’s rules.
