Important dates

Eligibility

• Office Assistant and Scale I: graduation in any discipline; local language of the applied state is required.

• Scale II General Banking: graduation with 50% marks and two years as an officer in a bank or financial institution.

• Scale II specialist posts need the listed degree plus 1–2 years of relevant experience (IT, CA, Law, Treasury, Marketing, Agriculture).

• Scale III: graduation with 50% marks and five years of officer experience.

Selection process

Office Assistant: Prelims and Mains only (no interview). Officer Scale I: Prelims, Mains and Interview with 80:20 weight. Officer Scale II and III: single online exam and interview.

Exam pattern

PO Prelims: 80 questions in 45 minutes (Reasoning 40, Quant 40). Mains: 200 marks in 120 minutes covering Reasoning, Computer, GA, English or Hindi, and Quant. Interview is for 100 marks.

Clerk Prelims: 80 questions in 45 minutes. Mains: 200 questions in 120 minutes. Final merit is based on Mains only.

2. Complete New Registration.

3. Fill personal, education and contact details.

4. Upload photo, signature, thumb impression and handwritten declaration.

5. Pay the fee by card, net banking or UPI and save the printout.

Salary

Approximate in-hand pay is about Rs 35,000–37,000 for Clerk, Rs 75,000–77,000 for Scale I, Rs 65,000–67,000 for Scale II and Rs 80,000–90,000 for Scale III, plus DA, HRA and other allowances.
