UGC NET June Result 2026: Scorecard for 84 Subjects

The National Testing Agency declared UGC-NET June 2026 results for 84 subjects on 28 August 2026 at ugcnet.nta.nic.in. The CBT ran on 22–25 June, 29–30 June and 5 July 2026 (87 subjects notified; three were re-tested). For the 84 subjects, NTA reported 7,73,806 registered and 6,07,151 appeared; 4,241 qualified for JRF and Assistant Professor, 45,904 for Assistant Professor and Ph.D., and 97,434 for Ph.D. only. Download the scorecard with application number and password. The on-screen card is for immediate information — NTA says the DigiLocker scorecard (and JRF e-certificate where applicable) is authoritative.

UGC NET June Result / Score Card 2026 Out @ugcnet.nta.nic.in

English, Commerce and Sociology were re-examined on 9 and 10 September 2026. Those candidates should not treat the August login as their result. Provisional keys for the 84 subjects were open 16–18 August 2026; the final key for those subjects is on the same site.

1. Open ugcnet.nta.nic.in → UGC-NET June 2026 Score Card, or the score login.

2. Select UGC-NET June 2026, enter application number, password and security PIN.

3. Check Paper 1 / Paper 2 marks, percentile and qualifying status (JRF / Assistant Professor / Ph.D. only).

4. Download and also save the DigiLocker file when NTA enables it.

Validity (as NTA/UGC usually print)

Assistant Professor eligibility is typically lifelong; JRF has a limited validity window printed on the certificate. Confirm the lines on your scorecard and e-certificate. Ph.D.-only qualification does not give JRF or Assistant Professor.

If you sat the September re-exam, wait for that scorecard on the same portals. Do not use third-party “result checker” sites.
