UPSSSC Teacher Cadre JTC Answer Key 2026: Final Master Set

The Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Services Selection Commission has uploaded the final / master-set answer key for the Teacher Cadre (JTC grade) Main Examination under Advertisement 03-Exam/2026 on upsssc.gov.in. The posts sit with the Directorate of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities, Lucknow — 58 trained undergraduate / JTC-grade teaching posts in special-education schools. The covering letter is 105/04/Computer Cell (Confidential)/2026/03-Exam/2026, signed by the Examination Controller, Picnic House, Lucknow. It states that the written exam of 12-07-2026 had a provisional key uploaded on 13-07-2026, that candidates were asked to file objections by 15-07-2026, and that the master-set answer key (explanatory) is now on the Commission website for candidates to download.

Who could sit the mains

• Only candidates who appeared in PET-2025 and hold a PET-2025 score card could apply for this mains. Absolute PET score zero or negative was not eligible.

• If the PET result was still under investigation / provisional, the advertisement still allowed an application; the Commission said it would check the final PET status later.

• Applications were online only through upsssc.gov.in, login with the PET-2025 registration number. One advertisement post only.

• Educational eligibility is post-wise in the PDF (U.P. Special Education teacher service rules and RCI / special-education diplomas). Age in Table-4: minimum 21 years, maximum 40 years, with reserved-category relaxations as in the state rules. Confirm the exact reckoning date in that table before you quote it elsewhere.

How to download the master-set key

1. Open upsssc.gov.in.

2. On the notice board, open the 12/09/2026 line for 03-Exam/2026 Teacher Cadre, or use the official PDF link above.

3. Download the covering notice and the master-set pages (the final file has multiple scanned sheets). Match the booklet series you used on 12 July.

4. Keep your admit card and the 13 July provisional notice for comparison. The September file is the Commission’s settled key after objections — further challenge is not invited in that letter.

5. If a candidate-wise response sheet was issued earlier, score only against the master set, not against unofficial keys.

Selection after the key

Typical UPSSSC flow for this drive is PET-2025 → mains written paper → eligibility / document verification as later notified. The 12 September letter does not publish marks, cut-offs or a roll list. When the result is out it will appear under Results on the same website. Ignore WhatsApp PDFs and third-party “keys”.
