The Board of School Education Haryana, Bhiwani has opened the Haryana DElEd Admit Card 2026 window for the October 2026 D.El.Ed theory exams. Press note Circular No. 18 dated 18 September 2026 on bseh.org.in says hall tickets are available from 21 September 2026 on the institution login ID. Theory exams begin on 01 October 2026. Student-teachers should collect a colour print from their DIETs / colleges — the Board has not asked each candidate to download a public “student login” card. This page is for the October 2026 regular / re-appear / mercy-chance sitting, not the closed Feb–March 2026 card.
