Uttar Pradesh domicile / category as the portal and the relevant GO allow.
Pre-Matric: enrolled in Class 9 or 10.
Post-Matric Inter: Class 11 or 12.
Post-Matric other: UG/PG/diploma/certificate as the portal opens.
Income, caste, attendance and institute registration — Prematric/Postmatric GO 2023 rules.
How to apply
Open scholarship.up.gov.in.
Complete OTR (OTR). Seed Aadhaar in the bank account.
Students → New Registration or Fresh/Renewal login — Prematric / Postmatric / Other than Inter / Other State.
Take the final print; submit the hard copy with annexures at the institute.
Never share an OTP on WhatsApp.
