Teaching Associate: PhD in Agricultural Sciences; or Master’s in Agricultural Sciences with a 4/5-year bachelor’s in first division, three years’ teaching or research, and at least one SCI / NAAS > 4 paper. Basic-sciences postgraduate route: 3+2 pattern and NET, as written. All degrees ICAR-accredited only. Teaching Assistant: four-year B.Sc. (Agriculture) or B.Tech. (Agricultural Engineering). Do not treat a three-year general B.Sc. as equivalent unless a later official corrigendum says so — it is not in this fact set.

Selection and terms

Walk-in interview at the Polytechnic. Bring originals, bio-data, two photos and an employer NOC if you are in service. Hiding facts or canvassing disqualifies you. If you wish to leave, give one month’s notice. Medical fitness is at your expense. The Associate Director of Research can cancel or postpone the walk-in. No TA/DA. The contract does not create a regular university post.
