The High Court of Punjab and Haryana at Chandigarh has invited online applications on highcourtchd.gov.in for 31 Frash posts on its establishment. The drive is Employment Notice No. 05/Frash/HC/2026 dated 28 August 2026. Age and other eligibility must be complete on the last date of online application, 18 September 2026. Date of birth proof: Matriculation certificate of a recognised board if the candidate is matriculate or above; otherwise a birth certificate from the Registrar of Births and Deaths. No other DOB document is accepted.

Qualification

The notice does not set a 10th or 12th pass mark. Essential requirement: knowledge of Hindi and regional language. If you hold any qualification certificates, keep them for testimonials checking. Photograph and signature must be uploaded correctly or the form is rejected.

How to apply

  1. Read the detailed notice on highcourtchd.gov.in.

  2. Keep ready: personal details, active email and mobile, net-banking or card, a recent passport photograph (not more than 30 days old, white background) and a scanned signature.

  3. Open the official Frash form (linked from the High Court site / application page).

  4. Fill category and other particulars carefully. After submit, nothing can be changed.

  5. Pay the fee online. Transaction charges are extra. Fee once paid is not refunded.

  6. Print and keep the submitted form. Produce it when the High Court asks.

Incomplete forms are rejected. Do not wait for the last evening — the cut-off is final. Government / semi-government / PSU / board staff must obtain NOC (Annexure II) and produce the original at testimonials checking. Contract or ad-hoc staff apply as non-departmental candidates. BC candidates need a latest certificate and the creamy-layer declaration (Annexure I). Close-relative and previous-employment affidavits (Annexures III and IV) are required at checking.
