MCL Recruitment 2026: 7 RI and Amin Contract Posts, Subhadra

Mahanadi Coalfields Limited (MCL), Subhadra Area — a Coal India subsidiary — has invited offline applications to hire revenue services for four Revenue Inspectors and three Amins on a one-year fixed consolidated contract. The drive is MCL/SA/Hiring of Services/Rev.Pers./2026/632 dated 14 August 2026, hosted on mahanadicoal.in. Applications in Annexure-I (Revenue Inspector) or Annexure-II (Amin) had to reach the Office of the General Manager, Subhadra Area, Near Biju Maidan, Po./Dist. Angul, Odisha – 759122, between 21 August 2026 and 05 September 2026. That receipt window has already closed; late or incomplete packets are rejected. Age must be 18 to 69 years as on 05 September 2026. Each post needs a government-recognised competency certificate or a State Government work-experience certificate, plus a minimum of 20 years in revenue work (ROR verification, survey measurement, land demarcation, revenue/mining map study, plot identification). It is an EOI / hiring of services for Subhadra Area — not a regular MCL / Coal India cadre post, not the 2025 Subhadra RI–Amin notice (Ref. …/2025/LI7), not the 2024 Balabhadra or Hingula hiring cycles, and not the MCL HQ Amin (Trainee) T&S Grade written-test results. Duty is eight hours a day on working days (office and field). Attendance is on a muster roll with one weekly rest day. Extra absence is cut from pay; leave without pay needs prior permission. No company quarter, rent, conveyance or medical facility is payable. Immediate termination without notice is printed for lack of integrity or loyalty, with recovery of company loss if any.

Eligibility

You must hold the qualification and experience as on the cut-off date. False or suppressed facts can cancel the case even after engagement, with possible legal action.

Selection process

A call does not guarantee engagement. No TA/DA is paid. Disputes fall under the Angul court only. MCL Subhadra Area may reject any application or revise, reschedule or cancel the process.

How to apply

2. Fill Annexure-I for Revenue Inspector or Annexure-II for Amin (one post per application). Paste a passport photograph. Write name and father’s name in capitals, date of birth as DD/MM/YYYY, address, mobile, email, education, competency or State Government experience, and completed years of experience.

3. Attach self-attested copies: matriculation / SSC for date of birth; residential proof (Voter ID / Aadhaar / telephone or electricity bill / bank passbook); all education and technical certificates; competency or State Government experience papers; all service-experience papers.

4. Sign the declaration. Seal the packet. Super-scribe “Application for Hiring of Services for Revenue Personnel-Revenue Inspector” or “Application for Hiring of Services for Revenue Personnel - AMIN”.

5. Deliver by hand to the central dispatch / receipt section or send by registered / speed post to Office of General Manager, Subhadra Area, Near Biju Maidan, Po./Dist. Angul, Odisha – 759122 so that it reached between 21 August 2026 and 05 September 2026.

Do not send a second form for the same assignment. Details cannot be corrected after submission. Fresh packets after the receipt date should not be posted unless MCL publishes an extension on mahanadicoal.in.

Application fee

Pay and contract terms

Pay is a fixed ₹20,000 (Revenue Inspector) or ₹15,000 (Amin) a month. Income tax is deducted as applicable. There is no other financial benefit, quarter, conveyance or medical facility. CMPF, gratuity and other retirement benefits cannot be claimed. The spell is one year or as required and can end automatically after one year or earlier without prior notice.
