Fifteen days' salary is deducted as security, half in the first month and half in the second, and is refunded with savings-bank interest after a no-dues certificate from the client department and completion of the contractual liabilities. The engagement is not a regular appointment. Selection may include a personal interview, a skill test or a written test, depending on the position.
