APSP Rajamahendravaram Recruitment 2026: 37 Posts till 5 September

The 4th (IR) Battalion, Andhra Pradesh Special Police, Rajamahendravaram, has notified 37 outsourcing posts under Notification 01/2026 dated 24 August 2026, citing G.O.Ms.No.120, Home (SER-III), 26 June 2023. Posts are Record Assistant 1 (Intermediate), Office Subordinate 1 (SSC), Sweeper 9, Scavenger 3, Cook 14, Dhobi 5 and Barber 4. Monthly remuneration is ₹15,000. Age is 18–42 years as on 01 July 2026; SC/ST/BC/EWS get five years up to 47. Forms are on eastgodavari.ap.gov.in from 27 August 2026, 10:00 AM, to 5 September 2026, 5:00 PM. Submit them to the Commandant, 4th IR Bn APSP, A.V. Apparao Road, Lalacheruvu, Rajamahendravaram, East Godavari – 533106, in person or by post. Only candidates who studied in erstwhile East Godavari district are eligible. This is outsourcing, not regular constable enlistment.

Reservations follow Rule 22 of the AP State and Subordinate Services Rules and outsourcing circulars listed in the PDF. A working mobile and Aadhaar are mandatory because skill-test calls go by SMS or phone. Statewide movement with the battalion is required. Record Assistant (100): Paper-I written 55 marks, 60 minutes, AP SSC standard — Telugu 10, English 10, GK 15, Maths 10, Social Studies 10 — plus computer practical 20 marks, 30 minutes (MS Office) and interview 25.

Office Subordinate (100): Written 75 marks, 90 minutes — Telugu, English, GK, Maths, Social 15 each — plus interview 25.

Cook (100): Read-and-write Telugu 15 (15 minutes), skill 60 (90 minutes: breakfast 10, meal 15, taste/presentation 10, ingredients 10, hygiene 5, equipment 5, time 5), interview 25 (15 minutes).

Sweeper, Scavenger, Dhobi and Barber follow the read-write, skill and interview combination printed in the same PDF. Incomplete forms are rejected.

How to apply

Download the enclosed format from the East Godavari portal, fill it, attach photo, SSC or higher certificates, caste/EWS, study certificates from Class IV–X proving erstwhile East Godavari schooling, and Aadhaar. Deliver the set at Lalacheruvu or post it so that it arrives by 17:00 hours on 5 September 2026. There is no online apply link in this notification. Keep a photocopy. Recheck the district PDF before travelling.
