Open the Home Guard Enrolment-2025 notice for PET admit card / vigyapti.
Enter the registration or enrolment number and date of birth exactly as in the application.
Download the PDF, check photo, name, date, venue and reporting time.
Print a clear copy. Keep a spare print and the same photo used in the form.
