Eligibility as stated in the walk-in notice

For ANM, the candidate must be a woman who has passed Class 12 and holds a recognised ANM certificate. For Laboratory Assistant, Class 12 with science and a two-year Medical Laboratory Technology diploma from a recognised institute are required. Age is counted as on the date prescribed in the notice. Candidates should carry original certificates plus self-attested copies of educational qualification, ANM or MLT diploma, age proof, identity proof and any reservation certificate claimed. Incomplete files or late arrival at the interview desk can lead to rejection even if the name appears on the eligible list.
