The Uttar Pradesh Social Welfare Department has reopened the Post-Matric Scholarship and Fee Reimbursement portal on scholarship.up.gov.in from 1 September 2026 for eligible students who missed FY 2025-26 benefits. Under UP Scholarship Notification 2025-26, about 3,16,057 students get another chance. Complete verification by 25 September 2026. PFMS payment planned 29 September – 2 October 2026.
