Roles
The CFO reports to the chief executive and covers accounts, budget, tax, audit and ERP. The Dy.CFO runs finance under the CFO. Duty lists differ in each file. Tenure is two years, extendable by one; the contract cannot run past age 65.
Eligibility
Both need a CA (ICAI) or CMA (ICMAI) with membership valid on the closing day. CFO: 12 years including two years of senior finance leadership; CPSE E-6. Dy.CFO: 10 years including two years managerial finance; CPSE E-5. ERP/HRMS experience is required.
